Summary: Long, slow, and boring!
Comment: This book was better than the first, however it's still boring! Characters are written badly, and there's way too much time spent inside their heads. It's like the author doesn't trust readers to pick up on things for themselves, so everything is spelled out. The flow, if you could call it that, is interrupted by wordy descriptions, most of which contain large and unnecessary words. What is meant to be exciting plot twists are boring and confusing. I think if a different author had taken this project on it could have become quite wonderful, but the style of Jeter is terrible. It's hard to get into and hard to understand. There's way to many character views to keep track of, not to mention the jumping from 'Now' to 'Then'.
Even a serious Star Wars fan, such as myself, can find little enjoyment in this Trilogy. Unless you are a HUGE fan of Boba Fett, I'd reccommend skipping this book, or borrowing it from your library or a friend. It's definately not worth spending your money on.

Summary: Entertaining...
Comment: I read the novel versions of the three Star Wars movies but I've never read any of the dozens of Star Wars-related novels that have been written by other authors over the years. So, if these aren't as good as others that are out there, I wouldn't know. The primary draw for me was that the story revolved around my favorite SW character, the enigmatic Boba Fett. And I wasn't disappointed in the read. I enjoyed the entire trilogy, though I could've done without the sappy ending in the final book.

Summary: Could have been MUCH better
Comment: OK, first off, this book is EXTREMELY slow! It is very repetitive and boring. I started this book on my last day of school at the end of May, and didn't finish it until Labor Day, no exaggeration. I wasted my entire summer vacation trying to get through this book when I could have been reading something better, like the New Jedi Order or the Thrawn Trilogy. The only reason why I read this book at all was because I am curious to discover some of the answers to the mysteries. Before I started the Bounty Hunter Wars trilogy, I thought that they would be very action packed and addictive, but they are the exact opposite. I absolutely HATED all the parts with Kudar Mu'bat. He is so annoying! Also, the jumping between time periods was confusing and unnecessary. It should have all just been written in chronological order, like every other book in the universe. The only reason why this book deserves any stars at all is because the beggining and end have some action in them. Oh yeah, and it serves as a great door stopper and/or paper weight. Only read this book if you want to know every minor detail about Star Wars.
