Summary: Great companion book
Comment: The work book is a great companion to "How to Survive the Loss of a Love." This workbook helped define how I was feeling, when I had no words to say. There are excerises in the workbook for you do do. An example is an excerise in coloring and drawing with the non dominate hand, to help uncover what is really going on in the grieving process you are experiencing. I deal better with "self-help" than with "group theropy." I highly recommend this for anyone who values their privacy, but has grieving issues to deal with.
