Summary: The physics book everybody can read!
Comment: Professor Stephen Hawking explains everything, from the big bang, black holes, and relativity to the end of the universe, in simple words both expert phycisicts and leymen can understand. He also gives a history of physics like: how our greatest theories-such as relativity, blach holes, and the law of gravity-came about, and where our universe is going-whether it will expand forever or come together in a 'crunch'. If you've ever wanted to learn about how theories of physics work, how they came about, want to know about the universe and where it is going, or just want to know about our universe period, this is the book for you.

Rating: 5
Summary: If you want to know more about the world, don't miss this.
Comment: I'm a student of Physics and Astronomy, and when I first read this book, I decided that I want to become a theoratical physicist, as it was so extremely fascinating. The second time I read the book, I again made a decision. Since then, I study Astronomy.

In short, Mr. Hawking perfectly knows how to wake everyone's interest for the fundamentals of the universe. And moreover, he explains the most difficult theories of our days in a style so that everyone can grasp the basic ideas.

Rating: 4
Summary: Interesting but tough reading
Comment: Have you ever thought how everything started? This is what Hawking explains by describing the current theories about the universe.
Although he tries hard to keep it simple, his scientific background doesn't let him be clear enough in some concepts, which are difficult to grasp for ordinary people.
