Summary: OK for a textbook
Comment: This is quite an informative book on a number of topics, from drug addiction to heart disease to sexuality. My only complaint is the emphasis placed on "spirituality" which seems to be another word for religion. The writer seems to be implying that anyone who is not religious cannot be "healthy," without offering any other spiritual alternatives for those who do not subscribe to religion. I wish the same amount of space had been devoted to meditation as is spent on the "power of prayer."
