Summary: Why Do Grown-ups Color Me Bad?
Comment: In reading this book, which I liked a lot, I found that the love story that was shared touched me and made me sad. To even think of hating someone so much you would want to see them dead. It's so very hard for me to understand why parents would not want their children to be exposed to other cultures. It is so important to know how to survive in the ever so changing world of today. We all are dependent on each other. Prejudice just has no home... It's all about the love that we share with each other.

Comment: What an appropriate title to get a message accross. I was especially moved by what Mr. JamesDouglas said about using more sympathetic words to describe the word black, since it is a race of people we are talking about. I was touch by chapter five, although sad, the story did get the message accross. By the way, why isn't there a picture of the cover of this book?
