Summary: My instincts were wrong when they told me to get this book!
Comment: I think I took about 3 months to finish this book because it offered me no excitement, I had no desire to finish it, etc. Too wordy, and not suspenseful. The heroine didn't offer anything in terms of intelligence, or vulnerability, all we got of her was that she was so beautiful, and how desirable everyone found her, and who all her previous lovers were from the other books. This woman obviously gets around. I have no desire to read any other book about Dr Jessica Coran or her lovers (past, present and future). I was highly annoyed after I finished this book. Colossal waste of time.

Summary: Excellent!!!
Comment: I was introduced to "instinct" books by reading "Fatal instinct" which took my breath away.It is a wonderful book with lots of details. Walker some how makes the book have more than one climax. He is an excellent writer and I recommend this book to anyone who likes serial killer books or is addicted to Walkers writing like me.
