Summary: How to be a SUCCESSFUL Developer
Comment: Success is the focus and key to the value of this book. I especially like the "forty factors to consider when buying vacant land." Anyone involved in land development -- investor, builder, lawyer, broker, engineer, architect -- can find something of interest and value in this book. The Pisani's, father and son, are very thorough. This is one of the few business books that encorporates all this: profit, controlling costs, zoning, environmental problems, and the role of real estate development in the ancient world through the first U.S. projects! Great detail. A whole chapter on "Getting Started"!
