Summary: A good read!
Comment: This book is written from the consultants point of view. It provides a step by step assessment of the financial management of a medical practice. It gives a good discussion of the impact of internal controls. The final chapter gives a reasonable illustration of the process. I found it helpful but it did not answer all of my questions. I would recommend it to any practice manager.
