Summary: A Great Primer for How To Obtain Free Money
Comment: A great beginning resource for finding the sources behind all the "free" money that is out there. Blum has taken a great idea and invented a whole category. You'll have to do the heavy lifting, but she takes you through the steps and points you in the right direction. Smart person. Great source.
