Summary: If you're in for walking: read this book!
Comment: I start reading this book two weeks after I started walking 45 minutes every day. This book helped me most of all improve my walking technique and gave me lots of motivation and courage. Now I simply cannot stay indoors on my special walking time, even if it rains. Read it!
