Comment: I have worn out my old copy and need another. I keep the book as a kitchen aide. The most helpfull feature of the book is the 2 week suggested selections for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The selections are easy to shop for, easy to make, good to eat and the rest of the book allows one to substitue various foods on the weekly meal plans.
