Summary: Must have reference
Comment: A excellent overview of the field of electronics reliability, coupled with insight into how the AT&T (now Lucent) team developed their revolutionary model of electronics reliability ( i.e. if an electronic component doesn't fail early during its service life, it probably never will) that changed the nature of warranties in telecommunications equipment, make this a must have book for anyone in electronics engineering. Failure Rate (or Hazard Function) Data, and accelerated life models are useful for today's practitioners

Rating: 5
Summary: Top of the pack
