Comment: Being a faculty for Masters in Food Technology under university of Mysore India, and also a practising R & D Scientist realted to Food Engineering, I find this book most practicle in approach. In perticular for graduates seeking scientific approach to their experiments this book is really very informative. The imporatnt thing that I felt good in this book is the methodical approach organised with an objective of the experiment and the data table that needs to be filled for a paerticular experiment.
In total it is worth posseing this book for any person (student or an Engineer) who is interested in conducting Food Engineering experiments.
