Summary: This is a beautifully written book!
Comment: This is one of the most touching, beautifully written children's books I have seen in a long time. It's a nature's love story and a fable all wrapped into one. I would recommend it for children ages 6 through 10, maybe older if they are interested. I read it to my 3 year old because he just likes to be read to sometimes and he likes the pictures. The illustrations are wonderful as well. I definitely would say buy this; please buy this. You will not regret this purchase!!

Summary: Ginkgo and Moon
Comment: I loved this book, even though I supposedly bought it for my daughter. It's on her bookshelf, but I am continuously tempted to put it on mine. The illustrations are beyond lovely, reminding me in some ways of wood cuttings and Picasso. Ginkgo, a tree, is in love with the moon. Moon, of course, is chasing Sun and doesn't notice him. If you like stories from nature, this is a must have.

Summary: This is a sweet special book.
Comment: Believing that ginkgo trees are somewhat magical and capable of their own miracles, I was charmed to find this lovely little book about a ginkgo tree who loved the moon who chased the sun. The illustrations in this book are the most dreamy wonderful pictures and the gentle little story unfolds in a plesing way. Hunter Matney, age 6, loved this book, and we both recommend it highly.
