Comment: I found this book to be disappointing. I did not see it as a motivator at all. If you have the will-power to quit smoking than you can manage to stay thin without this book.

Comment: I have recommend this book to several clients, and everyone has found it helpful. Other books with similar titles lacs the science which this one has.
