Comment: I went to purchase this book when I was buying anything I could find on the Loch Ness Monster. When I saw this book it looked like it was a kid's magazine, and I thought that it would be filled with a number of photographs and things of that nature. I couldn't possibly have been more wrong. My friends and I had a good laugh at my misfortune, but I decided to be a sport and read it anyway. Now I am very in tune with my childhood, I like Pokemon, Star Wars, and Transformers, so I feel that I can make a pretty good decission about something from a child-like perspective. Nothing about this book appealed to any part of me, and I frankly can't see any kids liking it either. The story is boring and the characters are awful, and worst yet it has several factual conflicts about Loch Ness. So, If you are looking for something about Loch Ness that has any merit to it what so ever then don't buy this. If your looking for a bad story for a ten year-old to read, then be my guest.
