Summary: My shrink was right
Comment: My psychiatrist has a habit of recommending texts to me every so often. She recommended this one and it is a clear winner. I find the book drifts a bit toward the end, but the overall basic theme, living with our shadow selves, is stated and explained very well. What was exciting, is the clear understanding of some Jungian ideas; and, some useful life-changing information - rare for this type of book. My Dr. prescribed it for me - and she was right! I bought several for gifts.

PS. She also prescribed M Creighton's non-fiction "Travels" - another winner
