I suppose you are meant to look at the paintings while thinking the affirmations. If you think that spending money on this book and looking at those color swirls is going to improve your life to any degree whatsoever, then you really are confused.

Comment: Taken together, Claudia Black's meditations and Laurie Zagon's artwork are beautiful, affirming, and therapeutic. Black's words are deceptively simple, and can be returned to again and again for reassurance and comfort, and Zagon's drawings are exquisite. A wonderful gift for anyone working through childhood issues.
