Summary: The definitive Hornbook on maritime law
Comment: Schoenbaum's Hornbook on Admiralty is indispensable from the point of view of this maritime practitioner. It is much better than the other Hornbook available - and so far beyond other guides that it's not even worth looking at anything else. If you need a sound reference on such an esoteric subject, this is the one to get.
