Summary: I love this book!
Comment: Finally someone intelligent had the courage to point
out how derivative, boring, and shallow Madonna is. As the book mentions, stars like Mae West showed that women could be sexual and powerful WAY before Madonna ever came along, and Mae West did it without trying to look like a Barbie doll, trying to be 20 forever, and with great humor and wit. Way to go Ilene! I wish this book was still in print.

Comment: I wouldn't give it any stars. There is a difference between humor and bad taste. This book is a good example of the latter. It just goes to show that jealousy is a very ugly thing, in the case of Ilene Rosenzweig, the author of "The I Hate Madonna Handbook". No matter if I was a fan of Madonna's or not, I would still come to the same conclusion about this "handbook". A complete waste of paper is the best way I can describe this catastrophe.
