Summary: The author is my lecturer
Comment: I am a first year accounts student (BA Pass in the Business school with accounts.... to give it its proper name). Myself and the other pupils in my class have an advantage in that the author (weetman) wrote the book.. we never have to go to lectures because they are straight out the book! She is as boring as she is skillful at making accounts seem interesting. Should have been an engineer.

Comment: the book has you make too many assumptions on the management accounting and does not explain how equations are made. we were told in a lecture, " the book is very heavy going and not one i would chhose to teach from" by a senior lecturer.
