Comment: Recommended reference and reading text for anyone interested in organisational behaviour and occupational psychology. All the key topics are covered in depth. However, the author could issue a new edition as printing date of 1989 gives the impression it may be out of date!.

Summary: Comprehensive overview of research concerning HR topics.
Comment: This book was required reading for my undergraduate I/O Psych class. Since then, this has become my bible when researching topics having to do with HR and training and development. Every HR person should have this book, or one like it. Would be nice if it were updated soon, but all info still applies.
