Summary: The best little histochemistry book in Texas (or anywhere)
Comment: I own 10 manuals of histochemical and histological technique. I use this one 4 times as often as the other nine together. Kiernan describes most useful techniques well. His own neurological technique is unbeatable. He discusses dye chemistry thoroughly, and discusses staining mechanisms well. On top of all this, the book is an incredible bargain at [money] for the paperback.
