Comment: I found the book to be poorly organized. Acronyms were used before they were defined. Concepts were raised and not explained. Examples were incomplete. Simply said, there has got to be a better book to use to prepare for 70-224.

Summary: A great study guide not to be missed
Comment: This excellent book begins with an overview of new Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server components, which includes installing and upgrading from an existing Exchange Server. It then describes how to troubleshoot an implementation and identify potential problems before they occur. This well organised book also provides expert advice, tips and insight that are not included in the Microsoft Exchange manuals. All in all, this is a great book for those who want know how to install and administer the new Exchange 2000 Server.
