Comment: While prepping for the NNCSS certification, I came across this book after hearing a couple of friends recomendations. I have since completed the certification, and I will continue to use this book as a reference. I found the book to be most helpful. The book contains all aspects of nortel router configuration that was needed for my certification and it will continue to help me as a reference in the future at my place of employment.*****

Summary: Great help
Comment: This book was a huge help to me. When my company merged with another that used Nortel instead of Cisco, I was at a loss (especially since the business groups wanted to add new Nortel routers). This book laid out the steps to configure the router using Nortel's Site Manager. Being a Cisco person and partial to a CLI, I do feel this book could use a little more examples on using the Nortel's command line interface. But, as it stands, it was thorough.

Comment: This book should be titled how to use Nortels Site Manager. No help with the Bay Command Console (bcc), or how to deal with Nortel's command line interface's.
