Summary: Outstanding reference for daily use in the E.D.
Comment: This text covers virtually every type of infectious disease in which outpatient management would be appropriate, as well as those patients needing admission. It does so in an easy to read, quick access format. Also has useful appendices on drug interactions, risks in pregnancy and others. The information is up to date, complete and reliable. I use it several times a day.
