Summary: Its worth the money
Comment: I bought this book recently when I was changing my job. I was desperate to take the new job and would have taken the job even without negotiation.This book provided me the strategies to increase my salary by almost 10%. The book has several good examples ( that fit very well atleast to my situation ).

A must read even if you are not changing jobs.
