Summary: Good beginning for anatomy
Comment: This book is a pretty good start to learning anatomy. I used this book for a class I had to take to begin a job in the health field. It covered everything I needed to know to do my job without becoming a doctor. Simple and basic, just what is needed to get started!

Summary: This is not what I want my students to learn from my class.
Comment: This book is the same as many others. It does not show as many details of the circulatory system as I would like. I happened to know the other author of this book, John P. Harley. He does not look like a professor of biological sciences. He looks more like a cop. He works at Eastern Kentucky University.
