Summary: Straight and to the point, all the basics for success
Comment: This is one of the best books I have ever bought. It rates uo there with some of the greatest business authors. Simply because it covers much of the stuff you usually can only learn through experience in the workplace. All the skills you don't learn in school and all the skills you NEED to learn at work in order to get ahead. Disappointed it's out of print because I have been recommending this book to many of my friends who aren't gifted administratively. Also a great reference for the experienced!
