Summary: Outstanding Product.
Comment: This book is an outstanding contribution to the field of health, fitness, and sports. I have used it prior to playing sports to align my posture and increase the efficiency of my movements. I have recommmended this book to clients after they have finished their Medical Doctor and Physcial Therapist Interventions. I believe it assists traditional medical interventions to be even more effective by naturally restoring lost mobility and movement patterns.

Comment: I've read Amazon reviews for years, but never bothered to write one. I have to write a review of this book to tell people how wonderful it is. I own many Feldenkrais books, and this one takes first prize for ease of use and effectiveness. It really works! The instructions are so simple and well-illustrated - and the exercise so short and easy to do - you'll never want to stop doing them. Look, the proof is in the pudding, and I've used this book religiously for over 6 months! It has helped straighten my scoliosis and I feel, move and look like a brand new person. Please, if you don't like it, send it back, but spend the money if you're at all interested in learning about the brilliant Feldenkrais method. It'll be the best $15 you ever spend. It was for me.

Summary: Exercise for the 21st Century
Comment: This book is worth ten times it's price. When I first picked up a copy, I thought it looked too good to be true. I've had a bad back and knees since I was hit by a car in 1988. These exercises were easy to do and they really work. Not only am I pain free but the exercises are so relaxing, as much as tai chi or meditation. I use the hip exercise when driving on long(5+ hour) trips and there's no stiffness or fatigue at the end of the journey. I can't recommend this book highly enough. It should get 10 stars!
