Comment: These two ladies came out with a fantastic book. If you get a chance to find a copy of this you will also appreciate their style & use of flavor & texture in the recipes. They come from California as did Alice Waters...in fact one of the ladies started out with Alice & Chez Panise.
I highly recommend this book to any of you out there looking for a new one to add to your collection...look for a used copy as it is out of print. Enjoy!
