Summary: The book I've wanted for twelve years!
Comment: I've been in the position of hiring a number of assistants -- and firing a bunch of them, too! -- and I can't say how much I appreciate having it now. Of course, if I had had Mr. Horowitz's advice all along, I probably would have been more intelligent about my hiring and have had less firing to do! I have the book on my office bookshelf. I'll be referring to it from now on.
