Summary: A wonderful introduction to breadmaking
Comment: I never baked bread, and hardly anything else, before reading this book. As I started looking at the beautiful photographs , I thought how wonderful if would be to be able to bake my own bread. And I did. Now many months later and a few dozen loafs of varying quality...Oh No! I forgot the dough on the kitchen table unattended. Thank you Gail Duff!
