Comment: I became quite impatient during the course of reading this book, for the authors keep beating about the bush all the time - they just don't address the problems right on.

As a result, this is a discursive work which is high on principles but provides little insight or help to the reader when it comes to the solving of practical problems.

Even after finishing the entire book, one doesn't learn much more about the subject.
