Summary: THE BEST BOOK OF ITS KIND
Comment: This is by far the best and most complete book on sparring methods I've ever seen, and I have quite a library of martial arts classics.

Summary: not only did he STEAL other's work, he miscopied them!
Comment: I sort of suspected that he stole this info from other people, but then I did some searches and found the originals, he not only stole from them, he messed up alot of the info. I don't know, perhaps he was in a rush, but to steal and then to mess up what you stole.... don't waste your money. Call the publisher and tell them this book rots
