Comment: Must have for those taking the Officers Advanced Course Phase I. I found that the CD on the Effects of Nuclear Weapons distributed by the AMEDD & S to be incomplete and lacking. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the "21st Century Complete Guide..." supplemented and enhanced AMEDD's CD. The "21st Century Complete Guide..." has a listing of websites for those who would like more information on the topic which I found very helpful and invaluable. (I was able to answer questions in the OAC exam that I would not have been able to do without the help of the "21st Century Complete Guide..." !)
