Summary: blah blah blah
Comment: When reading a books such as this which is based on statistical evidence, it is important to realize many things. First, the amount of violent incidents has increased, but so has the population. When this data is converted to percentages along with the population data, the rate of violence and hate related crimes has been decreasing. Second, you can take any set of factual data and leave out sections to make it seem as if your statements are rock solid and unarguable, but it is never the case. This was done with global warming (1600 scientists say YES it will happen, 17,000 say no way). Third, the media has made violent incidents into huge overblown catasropies/tradgedies for ratings. A few years back a stage collapsed killing more than 20 musicians, it recieved almost no news coverage. No one has written books about the rise of faulty engineering and its impending doom on society and man kind as we know it even though more people were killed and injured as a result than were in any school shooting or hate act.
Basically, yes [stuff] does happen. Bad things will always occur. It is the price we pay to be aloud to keep our own minds free from foreign control (mind control). If you want to eliminate violence and hate entirely, eliminate our free will.
