Summary: Excellent Secondary Tool
Comment: I found listening to these two gentlemen discuss the subject matter helpful since their examples were a little closer to real life scenarios, in simpler terms than the sometimes dry and theoretical treatment given by other resources. I listened to all nine discs twice and am now listening to them again since the test is behind me and the pressure is off. Everytime I listen, I learn something new I missed the previous time. Although there is no substitute to the PMBOK for understanding the material covered on the test, these audio CD's provide good perspective on the subject matter, I passed the test and attribute part of it to the understanding of the content covered in these audio CDs.

Summary: Excellent PMP Exam Preparation Resource
Comment: I listened to this CD set twice supplementing some information by reading PMBOK. I passed the PMP exam on my first attempt! If you spend 30 minutes commuting everyday, this CD set is highly recommended. I did not join any study groups or buy expensive books on PMP preparation. The formation for which I had to refer to PMBOK was mostly, Earned Value formulae as it is hard to grasp mathematical formulae just by listening.
Anyway money spend on this CD set is well spent and you won't regret your decision to buy it.

Comment: Stop spending your evening and weekends in study groups with your peers - instead, invest your time listening to experts! I listened to this CD set 3x then passed the PMP exam on my first attempt! Yes, Carl & Leroy can be a bit corny, but... those corny examples will REALLY adhere to your memory. I highly recommend this resource ESPECIALLY for persons who spend a chunk of their time commuting. (My usual round trip is 90 minutes) Listening to these 2 guys "chat" relieved my fear and anxiety of grasping the material thoroughly enough to pass the exam.
