Summary: Good Supplement
Comment: I purchased the book to go with an used N70 I bought. The camera did not come with a manual, so the this book is helpful. The book does a good job of explaining all the functions. It did cover the LCD readout on the top of the camera, but it did not explain all of the icons in the view finder. For example, the first icon is a focus assist (circle between two arrows). The circle and arrows blink as you adjust the focus on a manual lens. I would not have known what these icons where for if I hadn't located a manual on-line. This may not be an issue for an auto-focus lens.
