Summary: Chris Dunn presents his theory in understandable terms!
Comment: I found the way Dunn described each level of his theory entertaining in that I understand the concepts of machining in today's world. He brings each phase of new information with well thoughtout descriptions so as to provoke the reader to try to understand how truly awe inspiring the tasks would be to machine solid granite. The story takes you through lot's of interesting historical facts of the discoveries made within the Great Pyramid as each new explorer struggled with the sheer power of solid granite and the reasons for it's existence. One can't help but want to see it in person after reading this book. Whomever built the pyramids I'm convinced did it with advanced machinery. I too would ponder what I might be able to discover in Egypt, perhaps remnants of tooling they used to drill into the rock. Maybe Chris Dunn will revisit the quarry or dig around in some forgotten museum and find another elusive clue in the time honored quest to know why and theorize the what for......Get the book and read his theory. You too will experience "Paradigm shift" with regard to "How" The Great Pyramid was built. The best part is his theory why. Power Plant!
Thank you for this book!

Summary: This accoustical device will make ripples
Comment: This book is certainly the best book I have read on the subject. The theory developed by Mr. Dunn is fascinating and seems reasonable. His integrity as an expert and experienced machinist is indisputable. We have to accept the idea that any civilisation that wants to build "something" must have a technology which makes sense i.e. it must be feasible. The demonstration of Mr. Dunn suggests with good reason that the simplistic hypothesis made by some egyptologists that the pyramid was built using primitive methods is based on no evidence and has not been experimented with success. I was amazed with the degree of precision with which the pyramid of Giza was built. The proposed model might not explain exactly the purpose of the pyramid of Giza but I'm sure it goes in the right direction.
I still have a few points to raise such as:
Why is there so many stones lying around the site? When we build a structure, we usually clean the surroundings afterwards. Is it because the purpose of the pyramid was purely functional and the activity of embellishing the site seemed unnecessary?
What is the functional purpose of the perfect alignment of the shafts to Sirius and the belt of Orion? This alignment was well explained in the book "The Orion Mystery" by Robert Bauval and Adrian Gilbert. Could it be that the energy generation of the Giza power plant was aimed at other things than only providing local power of some sort? Could it be that this power has also been used to transmit or capture messages; for communication?
On advanced machining, Mr. Dunn demonstrates that the feedrate of the drill used for drilling granite by ancient egyptians is five hundred times greater or deeper per revolution than modern drills. In addition, in chapter six we read the fascinating story of the Coral Castle mystery. One of the hypothesis is that Edward Leedskalnin altered the state of the stone using some electromagnetism technique to make it levitate. Could it be that this "altered state" made the stone "softer" and the drilling faster?

Summary: Critical Thinker
Comment: The facts are quite simple. Even in its ruined state today, the pyramid produces measurable induction, and the granite in the "King's chamber" can be easily displayed to resonate sympathetically with the Earth's geo-mechanics.
So we can cut through all of the ideological arguments and simplify it thus:
1. The Egyptians (or someone else) accidentally built a nearly perfect geo-mechanical power collection center (which exceeds even our current state of technology) and ignorantly used it as a temple or a tomb.
2. The Egyptians (or someone else) intentionally built a nearly perfect geo-mechanical power collection center, presumably to generate power for some purpose.
It's up to you to decide. The builders of the Giza pyramid were either extremely lucky and ignorant, or they were extremely brilliant. They either built the most amazingly complex structure on Earth with advanced techniques or with slave labor. Some people choose to believe the latter because a Charlton Heston movie says they should; others choose to believe the former because every principle of science and engineering dictates that by necessity they must have. Whichever you choose will be based upon your own inherent ideology, unique world view, and rational facilities (or lack thereof).
I suspect the religionists of the world will go with #1, as everyone clearly knows that before Christianity the world was "dark and ignorant" and that the Christians "brought light to the world." Gee with 80% of us in the West being Judeo-Christian it's no wonder why there is so much reluctance to accept well articulated theories that some ancient cultures were highly advanced...that would contradict our Holy Bible and we can't have that. Oh yes and the Babylonians accidentally developed batteries. Obviously they were simply clay mugs used to drink orange juice out of; it is merely blind coincidence that they just happen to have all of the requisite parts of the proper composition inside of them because that added to the flavor of the orange juice. And the solder alloy they used just randomly happens to be the most effective mixture known to humankind today. Again, it just added to the flavor of the orange juice; clearly it has nothing to do with its superior properties of conduction.
We in the West can be so blind in our arrogance.
