Comment: Written from the 'mind of faith'. Jesus Christ returns NOT as any deliverer or some colonizer of restoration. He comes a second time as GOD - holy, almighty, without any further offers or negotiations for religious man. The bible plainly indicates the 'rapture' to be the end of the present world. The plain teaching of scripture is that Christ is the Israel of God. In the ONE sacrifice and judgment upon the sinless SON, God the Father has centered all reference and understanding and ultimate meaning in the PERSON of the Living Word. Jesus Christ is the chief elect - Isa.42.1. The Greater Commission is God sending His Son - Isa.49.1-6.
It is seen herein that it is not sufficient or becoming, actually, to simply appropriate the positions and righteousness displayed in scripture. We all are partakers - not energizers or sustainers of the christian life. This life NEVER comes separate from the Lord Jesus Christ.
