Summary: Incredibly helpful
Comment: I am a recovering alcoholic in my '50's, and was recently given Recovery from Compulsive Behavior by a friend. I must have read it all twice, and bits of it several times. I found it INCREDIBLY helpful. It's the only book I've read that puts its finger right on a lot of the issues I've had throughout my lifetime with relationships.
