Summary: Short But Deep!
Comment: At the time of loss and intense grieving, one usually doesn't have the time or concentration for a long, detailed book on how to live with the experience. The ABC's of Healthy Grieving provides a quick dose of reassurance and instant strategies for dealing with the pain. While easy to read cover to cover, it's the kind of book that you can open up to any page and receive the comfort and information you need. It shows a sensitivity to our differences yet is written in a way that let's us know we are not the only one feeling this way. I highly recommend this book for anyone dealing with loss, not just the loss of a loved one through death but the loss of a job, a relationship, or even a comfort zone.
