Summary: Not quite everything you need to know.
Comment: This is a small book that covers the basics pretty well. However, although Dallow covers all the basic concepts, I found that I still had many questions about buying foreclosed real estate, and the answers were not to be found in this too short book. For example, I certainly could have used more details on buying foreclosed houses through banks. Overall, it is a reasonably well written book, but most likely readers will need to obtain additional information on the subject through other more detailed books.

Summary: Before, During and After a Foreclosure Sale: It is all here!
Comment: I worked in a Real Estate law firm for almost 3 years doing evictions and foreclosures, I would recomend this book to anyone who is facing foreclosure or is intersted in buying a foreclosed property. While it doesn't get into specifics for each state, it gives you answers that most home-owners and home-buyers need to know.

Summary: Not Very Detailed
Comment: This is very average book. It will help you a little bit but it doesn't give you all the info you need to make such a risky decision. It skims through, not giving much detail on process, nor explaining how to make a profit. The set up of the book is pretty confusing. Doesn't seem to flow, it jus jumps around & will make you confused. The one good thing about the book is that it does do a very good job on giving you the pit-falls of investing in a foreclosed property. That's the biggest asset of this book, I think!
