Summary: CAUTION: Boilerplate Book
Comment: After eagerly awaiting this book's arrival, I was sorely disappointed to find that it was simply a boilerplate business textbook (e.g., 'insert type of business here'). The writers/editors didn't even bother to change the 'a's to 'an's! In fact, one of the most disquiting things about the book was the list of other books by the authors on the final page--a list of about 25 other "How to Start & Manage a ----- Business : Step by Step Guide to Business Success" titles. Very revealing . . .

Some pickier points: the book was printed on the cheapest grade paper known to humankind, the cover was non-descript and unimaginative,and--again--the text was dry, lifeless, and totally unspecific to the business I was hoping to be illuminated on --what a disappointment! This book simply didn't deliver what it seemed to promise.

I did give the book one star because I'd like to belive that it possess some redeeming qualities, I just didn't witness any.
