Summary: An eye-opener
Comment: When a country is in the news regularly, I like to read up on that country so can understand the politics of the region. I got this book to learn more about Korea and how it reacts to its neighbors. What an eye-opener! Our troops have played a major role in keeping that part of the world stable and Ambassador Holbrooke comments' make it clear that a stable Korea will help considerably with the balance of power in that region. THis should be required reading for the diplomatic corps and the Foreign Service.
