Comment: I recently got separated from my husband a my sister lent me this book, I asked God for guidance and for an answer for my questions and I open the book and their it was ... the prayer and the answer I was looking for so long. This book is a great addition for anyone with unresolved questions, I guarantee you will get a prayer.

Summary: An excellent boost to recharge a flat prayer life.
Comment: I gave myself this book for my 50th birthday and it's the most important book I own besides a copy of my NIV Bible. I thought that I had read everything there was to be found in this genre; daily devotionals, pamphlets, memoirs of godly women, biographies of godly men, etc. Yet, nothing has been as fulfilling as this book. In "Prayers Women Pray" the authors share their prayers in a style that the reader can connect with. The chapters close with scriptures for further meditation and references to Psalms. This is an ideal segue for someone who is new to the Bible and would like to augment their prayer time by seeing how a specific Psalm cited in "Prayers" was chosen to fit the selected prayer. This book is an invaluable asset to anyone's prayer life, male or female. I highly recommend it and it will make a wonderful Mother's Day gift.
