Summary: Not as Good as Courting Catherine But Still a Good Book!
Comment: Nora Roberts wrote a series of books about the Calhoun sisters, the first book Courting Catherine was my favorite and I also liked the follow up story A Man for Amanda. This is good and this time it's love for Catherine's (C.C.'s) sister Amanda and it continues the back story of the search for an old heirloom and the stories about an ill-fated relative and a house that may be haunted but even though A Man for Amanda is good and I kept it for my keeper shelf along with Courting Catherine it just isn't as good and I rate the first book 4 stars and this one 3 stars but it's really more 3 1/2 stars.

Comment: After listening to the audio cassette recording of Nora Robert's Courting Catherine and loving it I listened to this audio cassette recording of A Man For Amanda and I really liked it and I liked the characters a guy named Sloan O'Riley and a lady named Amanda Calhoun and I loved the continuing story of everyone trying to find the lost necklace in the old mansion. This audio cassette is a keeper and I'm hoping to find the rest of the books and audio cassette recordings for this series about the remaining Calhoun sisters

Summary: The mystery continues.
Comment: The last thing Amanda needed was a man in her life, particularly a man who seems to hate her sister, Suzanna. But love waits for no master plan. The mystery of the missing jewels and the story of the ill-fated romance of the past continues. This is a good story, although not as well-defined as COURTING CATHERINE.
