Summary: Great for Test Preparations
Comment: This book is extremely useful in preparing for a torts exam. In fact, the fact patterns on one of the questions was so great that my professor copied a large portion of it on our final exam question (the ethical side of that can be debated with Emory).

Summary: Helpful for learning the intentional torts
Comment: I entered Law School with a great deal of reluctance about any sort of commercial aids, especially flash cards. However, I have since discovered that some commercial aids are helpful with certain aspects of studying. These Torts flashcards have been valuable in helping me learn the elements of the various intentional torts, and spotting those torts in a hypothetical fact pattern.

This product should not be your primary means of learning torts, but I recommend them as a supplement, especially learning the elements of the Intentional torts!
