Summary: Information you won't find anywhere else
Comment: I have read several books on incorporating and consider J.W. Dicks to be one of the best business authors out there, relevent to legal and business savvy. Many other books are just expanded versions of the free information you can get from your state and the authors are just writers disseminating information and not real business people.J.W. Dicks will provide you with information that you won't find anywhere else. In addition to this book, I also recommend 'Form Your Own Corporation and Launch a Business in Any State" and "The Small Business Legal Kit" both by Dicks. The latter book also includes a handy disk with easy to fill out forms.I purchased a "How To Incorporate Book by Dics for my state (Minesota) where I just opned a business using the information in Dicks books and it saved me tons of money and time.Good books. Highly recommended.

Rating: 5
Summary: Easy read - very complete
Comment: Using the advice in this and the companion book on how to incorporate in any state gave me all the information I needed to start my own corporations in the NY/NJ area.

Dicks books are outstanding - very complete. I highly recommend them to anyone aspiring to start a business and incorporate.

Rating: 3
Summary: OK for general education
Comment: Book is a good source of information about incorporating in general but the title is misleading and only mentions the particular state in the final chapter, a small one at that. Sample forms are too small in size,
